Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch
Orders typically enter processing within 1–3 business days. “Processing” refers to preparation, embroidery (when applicable), and packaging. An order is considered dispatched once the carrier has scanned the parcel into their system.
Shipping Destinations
Shipping is currently available to:
• United States
• Canada
• Mexico
Carrier Options
Customers select their preferred carrier at checkout. Options may include USPS, UPS, or DHL. Rates shown at checkout reflect carrier-calculated pricing provided directly by the chosen carrier.
International Shipping
Shipments to Canada and Mexico may incur additional costs due to distance, customs procedures, and carrier surcharges. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import-related fees assessed by the destination country.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once a parcel is dispatched. Transit times vary by carrier and destination and are contingent on carrier operations, customs processing, and external delays.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered,” it is considered fulfilled. Issues involving theft or misdelivery must be addressed directly with the carrier; claims cannot be initiated from the sender’s side. Assistance may be provided when possible, but replacements or refunds cannot be issued for parcels shown as successfully delivered.
Address Changes
Address corrections can only be made before dispatch. Once a tracking scan exists, the parcel cannot be rerouted.
Return Address
All returns and carrier-initiated returns are routed to a dedicated P.O. Box for privacy and security.
Product Representation
Every effort is made to present materials, colors, and designs accurately. Minor shade variations caused by monitor or device differences are not considered defects or grounds for replacement.
