Refund policy
Final Sale
Due to the personal and intimate nature of these products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Returns and refunds are not available after shipment. This policy is in place for health and safety reasons, and to comply with regulations that prohibit the resale of used textiles or the shipment of bodily fluids.
Personalized Orders
Orders containing personalization can only be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of placement. After that time, the order enters production and becomes final.
Defects & Errors
Defective or transit-damaged items are eligible for replacement or refund. “Defective” refers strictly to manufacturing flaws (holes, tears, embroidery errors, or severe dye irregularities) or shipping damage (rendering the towel unusable).
Photographic Proof
To process a replacement or refund, customers must provide clear photographic proof of the defect or shipping damage within 7 days of delivery, along with the order number.
Product Representation
PWX makes every effort to present colors, designs, and materials accurately. However, variations in monitor or device displays mean exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Orders will not be considered “not as described” for minor shade differences between the product and its on-screen appearance.
